Bugs - In-game errors

Bugs are occasionally occurring errors in the game - most of the time, they are display/graphic errors that can be solved quite easily.

If you encounter such an error, it might suffice if you follow these steps:
► Press F5
► Log out
► Clear your browser's cache
► Close the browser and restart it
► Log in again

Here's how to clear your cache:

- Mozilla Firefox

1. At the top of the Firefox window, on the menu bar, click on the "Tools" menu, and select "Clear Recent History".

2. The scroll down menu also allows you to choose the time range to clear. Please select "Everything".

3. Now select "Cache" and and save your settings by clicking on "OK".

4. Afterwards, please close and restart your browser.

- Internet Explorer:

1. Choose the menu "tools", and select "internet options"

2. Under the heading "general", choose "browsing history", and click the button "delete"

3. Select "temporary internet files", then click on "delete"

4. Save your settings by clicking on "OK", then restart your browser.

-------------------------

- Google Chrome:

1. Click on "Settings" in the Google Menu Bar

2. Select "History".

3. Select "Clear browsing data".

4. In the dialog that appears, select the check boxes for the types of information that you want to remove - in your case "Clear the cache".

5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select "beginning of time" to delete everything.

6. Click "Clear browsing data."

- Opera:

1. Choose the menu point "tools" and click on "settings"

2. Now click on "Advanced" and select "History". Click on "empty now".

------------------------

- Safari:

1. Choose the menu point "settings" on your starting page

2. Select "Safari" , then click on "Clear cache"


Sometimes it is helpful to go through the bug announcements in this forum - you might find your question has been answered before.


Should the bug persist, you can start a new topic, indicating the following data - please make sure to use the bug area of the game world and server you play on. Please indicate the following, so we can best help you:

a) Server, user ID
b) Type of computer, operating system and RAM
c) Browser and version
d) The exact time when you encountered the bug
e) Bug description
f) Is the bug reproducible? If so, how?
g) What kind of internet connection are you using? (DSL/webstick)

Please also use a useful topic - the term "help" doesn't help us much. Better would be "decoration disappeared from café", for instance. Also make sure to check if the error has been reported before. In that case please use the already existing thread to post your report.

Also note: please don't post a bug report in the forum and send in a support request as well - it's much easier for our team to treat your request if you stick to just one method.
